Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Send us a photo or short video of the issue through our Contact Us page. We will ship a free replacement or give you a full refund - your choice. In most cases you will not need to return the item.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your order is lost, we will reship it or refund you in full.

Changed your mind: Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we approve the return.
